Eligibility for Returns:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order.
Incorrect Product Received: If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at support@ukcannabishub.com to inform us of the issue and receive further instructions.
Describe the issue, clear photos of the product, and close-up photos of the shipping label. and a photo of the packaging slip
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

Return Conditions:

All returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Returns will only be accepted for products purchased directly from UK Cannabis Hub.
Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Replacements
